Delivery
We deliver across New Zealand, with shipping costs and delivery times varying by location.
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Deliveries to the South Island or rural addresses may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery Rates:
- Free delivery on orders over $400
- Within Auckland: $6.99
- Rest of North Island: $9.99
- South Island: $14.99
We partner with NZ Post to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. While rare, unforeseen delays such as courier disruptions or supply chain issues can occur — if this happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Change of Mind Returns
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your item arrives back in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please have your receipt or order number handy.
This policy applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thecurtainco.co.nz, including photos and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, and cover any return shipping costs. Refunds will always be issued to your original payment method.
